Office Manager
Description Are you a dynamic, organized, and resourceful professional seeking an opportunity to make an impact? A growing company in the Twin Cities area is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team. This is a fully on-site role, providing a fantastic opportunity to be hands-on and work closely with other team members in a collaborative office environment. Key Responsibilities + Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency in workplace procedures and administrative functions. + Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for equipment and services. + Serve as the main point of contact for facilities management, ensuring a well-maintained office environment. + Support company leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, and special projects as needed. + Manage onboarding of new employees by setting up workspaces and providing orientation to office policies and systems. + Track and manage budgets for office-related expenses. + Facilitate communication among departments and provide ad hoc administrative support to teams when required. Requirements Required Skills and Experience + 3+ years of office management experience or in a similar administrative leadership role. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of project management software is a plus. + Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach. + Prior experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing office budgets is preferred.
