Office Manager
Description + Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and a well-organized workplace. + Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely procurement. + Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for leadership and staff as needed. + Maintain accurate records, including employee files, invoices, and company documentation. + Assist with basic HR functions such as onboarding, benefits coordination, and compliance tracking. + Process invoices, track expenses, and support budget management. + Serve as the point of contact for employees, addressing office-related inquiries and needs. + Implement and improve office policies and procedures to enhance productivity. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. + 3+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. + Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. + Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. + Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
