Job Summary Front Desk & Floor Services Associate What You'll Do: + Serve as the primary point of contact: Greet all visitors and employees with a warm welcome, providing high-level internal and external customer support with efficiency and a positive attitude. + Manage Meeting & Event Logistics: Collaborate closely with the on-site associates to plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of meetings and events. This includes supporting with catering services, arranging meeting setups, addressing special requests, and providing end-to-end support from administrative tasks and catering orders to setup and breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees. + Maintain a Functional Workspace: Work closely with building management and the hard services team to schedule preventative maintenance and address general office repairs, proactively entering and following up on work orders. + Elevate the Office Environment: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all office spaces, including open work areas, conference rooms, the lobby, and the kitchen. This includes setting up and breaking down catering for events. + Be a Local Expert: Speak confidently and knowledgeably about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation options, local restaurants, and other points of interest to assist visitors and employees. + Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear, accurate, and timely communication with peers, leadership, and other departments, both verbally and in writing, ensuring everyone is informed of relevant business activities and updates. + Liaise with Vendors: Serve as a point of contact for external vendors and service providers as needed. + Manage Space & Amenities: Effectively address space and amenity-related issues to ensure an elevated agency experience, utilizing tools like EMS, Service Now or other space management systems. Proactively manage kitchen stock, dishwasher cycles, and amenity inventory. + Drive Continuous Improvement: Observe floor operations and user behaviors, proactively suggesting strategic changes to enhance the overall experience of the operation. What You'll Bring: + A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences in each interaction. + Proven ability to thrive under pressure, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while engaging with visitors in a public setting. + Exceptional listening and communication skills. + Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office technology and equipment. + Punctuality, dependability, and a strong dedication to achieving operational excellence with meticulous attention to detail. + Discretion, ethical conduct, and a commitment to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. + A consistently professional demeanor with a proactive mindset to take ownership and responsibility. + 2-3 years of experience in a client service or reception role within a hospitality or corporate environment. + Catering set-up knowledge and SERV Safe certification are preferred. + Proactive, timely, and clear communication skills, especially in alerting the team to changes and needs. + Experience working with space management tools.
