Job Description
Manages the daily operations of the School of Cybersecurity office in support of the goals of the School. Works effectively with School director, faculty, staff and students to complete assigned tasks, and to ensure efficient operation of the School of Cybersecurity. Provides administrative support to the Director and, provides supervision to student workers in the School office. Coordinates regularly scheduled and special events, yearly awards ceremony, Advisory Board meetings, receptions, seminars, retreats, and other meetings.

Level and type of experience
Considerable experience in an administrative support role. Some experience purchasing, receiving equipment, travel reimbursements, and ordering supplies and equipment. Some experience in coordinating events. Some experience with new employee onboarding. Some experience with enterprise software systems such as Banner, eVA , Outlook, and virtual meeting software suites.
Additional Considerations (supplemental knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, licensure, certification)
Working knowledge and experience of higher education environment.
Some experience working with grant funded programs in a university setting.
Some experience with Banner, eVA, LeoOnline.
Conditions of Employment

This position is Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
