Xanterra is currently seeking an enthusiatic Office Manager that will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality of the Corporate Office, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and supporting a workforce of ~200 employees. This position leads initiatives that foster a positive work environment, manages the new hire experience and partners with departments to carry out the process for vendor contracts. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The Office Receptionist reports directly to the Office Manager. Responsibilities 1. Office Operations: o Manage and control inventory, including all office and specialty supplies, office equipment, furnishings, and other Corporate Office resources. o Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive and organized work environment. 2. Leadership and Supervision: o Manage and direct the Office Receptionist in successful completion of daily office operations. o Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and facilitate training for team members. 3. Communication and Coordination: o Lead and Co-Chair the Corporate Office Values Committee. o Act as a liaison between management and staff to facilitate effective communication. o Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities. o Partner with stakeholders within Human Resources to aid in cultural enhancements and be steward of the office culture. 4. Project Management: o Lead special projects and initiatives aimed at improving office operations and employee satisfaction. o Provide operational administrative support as assigned. 5. Health & Safety: o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. o Coordinate emergency preparedness and response planning. 6. Financial Management: o Manage relationships with vendors and provide recommendations for contract negotiations. o Process invoices and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate billing. 7. Policy Implementation: o Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. o Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in office management or administrative roles, with a focus on supervising staff. Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills Hi level Proficiency in Computer skills in Excel, Word and office equipment Self-starter capable of working independently. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments. COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $55,000.00 - $65,000.00.
