Office Assistant Duties:

Supervise and train office assistants, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality customer serviceDevelop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivityManage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and patient careOversee the maintenance of electronic medical records and patient charts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulationsCoordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to streamline processes and resolve issuesMonitor and manage inventory of office supplies and equipmentPrepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutionsHandle escalated patient inquiries and complaints, striving for satisfactory resolutionEnsure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare standards

Office Duties Qualifications: 

High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of two years of experience in a medical front office role, with supervisory experience preferredExceptional leadership and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with medical software preferredFlexible availability with a willingness to adapt to changing schedulesStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesA collaborative team player with a positive and energetic attitude focused on delivering outstanding customer service
