Position: Office Intake Coordinator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Intake Coordinator to join our Home Health Agency. This role involves scheduling, staffing, mailing, faxing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of patient appointments and staff assignments.
Staffing: Assist with the allocation of staff resources to meet the needs of our patients and ensure coverage.
Mailing and Faxing: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including faxes, in a timely and efficient manner.
Scanning and Filing: Scan, organize, and file documents accurately for easy retrieval and record-keeping.
Data Entry: Enter OASIS assessments into Synergy software with precision and attention to detail.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with patients, staff, and healthcare providers to facilitate smooth operations.
Record Maintenance: Ensure all patient and administrative records are up-to-date, accurate, and confidential.
Support: Provide administrative support to the office team as needed.
- MUST SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH
- Experience with home health is a plus
- Knowledge on how to properly use a desktop
