Position Summary: 
The Office Coordinator responsible for supporting the culture and community for our Belfast-based team members. This role is responsible for assisting in community building, supporting global diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging programs, maintaining an engaging employee engagement calendar, and leading philanthropic initiatives. This role will report to the PerforceEmployee Experience Manager, with a dotted line to the local People & Culture Team. 
We're looking for someone who is well-versed in event planning and has tremendous people skills. The ideal candidate values and thrives on creating a welcoming office setting, connecting with the local community, and building a sense of belonging for employees.   
This is a Part-Time, Fixed-Term Position. Responsibilities: Manage all facility related matters for the Belfast office including but not limited to security, supplier relations, and maintenance coordination.  Provide general administrative support for the office, including employee services, supplies, mail, shipping, and deliveries.  Promote company culture and contribute to providing an exceptional working environment.  Organize company events including community lunches, wellness events, a summer gathering, and a year-end celebration.  Responsible for maintaining activity budgets and tracking of expenses.  Be a thought leader in employee engagement - bring ideas, creative solutions, resources, vendors, etc. to support all initiatives for in country DEIB initiatives to further enhance employee experiences. Support the People & Culture team with new hire onboarding, off boarding, and the company gear store.  Ad hoc assignments. Requirements:2+ year's event planning or human resources experience.  Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to execute complex tasks. Hospitable with strong people skills.  Responsible, creative, and adaptable.  Good time-management, organization and prioritization skills. Positive attitude, flexibility and the drive to get things done. Working Conditions and/or Physical Demands This is a general office position that requires sitting, standing, and regular movement throughout the workday.  Regular use of a PC and associated keyboarding. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move event supplies. Come work with us!
