Office Coordinator
Description We are actively searching for an Office Coordinator to join our team located in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. The primary function of this role is to manage front desk operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and maintain customer service standards in a fast-paced setting. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handling inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. • Coordinating and scheduling travel arrangements for mechanics as required. • Performing administrative duties such as maintaining accurate customer records and processing credit applications. • Overseeing and managing social media accounts to ensure active and engaging online presence. • Conducting timely coordination for reimbursements to ensure smooth financial operations. • Ensuring a well-organized front desk, offering exceptional customer service. • Utilizing strong communication skills to facilitate effective calendar management. • Conducting receptionist duties with a keen focus on maintaining a friendly and efficient office environment. • Exhibiting strong administrative skills to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
