Steampunk is looking for an Office Coordinator. The nature of the work requires that the candidate can demonstrate initiative, organization, responsibility, customer service skills, and the ability to be flexible and adaptive to a fast-paced, fluid business environment.  This position is mostly on location with some remote flexibility.

Contributions Presenting a professional first contact for Steampunk, answering phones, support and maintain conference room calendar, shipping packages and managing mailAssist with managing the onboarding of new office team members to ensure a smooth startFacility and space management, keeping the office running smoothly by ordering and maintaining supplies and snacks, manages office and parking access for employees, customers and contractors, maintaining vendor relations and light accounting dutiesPlanning breakfast and lunch office meetings, company and customer office events and coordinating logistics around each eventSpecial Projects – handing one-off administrative projects as they come up, e.g. coordinating our upcoming office move, social media activitiesThis is a part time position Qualifications

Required

College degree requiredProficiency with MS Office Suite, Google CalendarA minimum of one year of experience running a growing office, serving as an executive assistant, or planning eventsImpeccable attention to detail and organization – ability to juggle multiple balls in the air with gracePositive, whatever-it-takes attitude with highly developed sense of accountability and ownershipFlexible mindset, ability and willingness to adapt to changing needsExcellent interpersonal, communication and team skillsInterest in learning new skills and ability to pick things up quickly
