Description We are extending an opportunity for an Office Clerk General II in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry based in Burlington, North Carolina. As part of our team, you will be tasked with various administrative duties, managing customer interactions, and handling office-related tasks. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Manage and direct incoming calls efficiently
• Responsible for the distribution of incoming mail
• Keep track of office activities, business transactions, and other processes
• Process checks and maintain payroll records
• Use computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint for various tasks
• Update and maintain mailing and database systems
• Ensure confidentiality and organization of information
• Proofread data and other information such as records or reports
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and multitasking abilities. Requirements • Must possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate strong communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is necessary.
• Experience in marketing is a plus.
• Comfortable answering inbound calls and directing incoming calls as necessary.
• Previous experience in payroll and payroll functions is required.
• Familiarity with 'About Time' software would be advantageous.
• Ability to process checks efficiently and accurately.
• Should be adept at filing and managing database systems.
• Experience in handling complaints and resolving issues professionally.
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
• Proofreading skills are essential for the role.
• Willingness to work onsite is required.
• Familiarity with Workday software is a must.
• Understanding of wage calculations and related processes.
• Must demonstrate excellent written communication skills.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a plus.
• Responsible for distributing incoming mail and managing mail distribution systems.
