Office Clerk

Our client in the Greencastle, PA area is looking to hire an Office Clerk for their location. The ideal candidate will need proven experience in a fast-paced office or administrative setting. Responsibilities for this position include scheduling and coordinating deliveries and pickups between sites.

The Day-to-Day:

Answer and direct calls professionally, handling inquiries as appropriate.Prepare and manage invoices, bills of lading (BOLs), and related documents.Welcome and assist drivers and visitors courteously.Support inventory accuracy by assisting with month-end stock counts.Oversee interstice deliveries/pickups to ensure timely execution.Communicate with corporate on site-specific issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Problem-solving abilities and comfort in handling pressure.Flexible availability, with the potential for extended hours and weekends.

Pay Rate:

$18.00 /hr
