Position Information Position Title Office Assistant II - Mental Health FLSA Non-Exempt Full Time/Part Time Full Time Department Mental Health Svcs Campus Central Campus Location Central Campus Hourly Rate 12.94 Hours Full-time, indicate working hours Summary of Position Supporting full/part-time instructors with typing of exams and copying classroom materials and assisting students with degree plans and selection of classes. Provide information to students about all of the departmental programs: capable of making discretionary and tactful decisions and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Assisting Department Chair with all administrative duties. Minimum Required Education High school diploma or GED required. Minimum Required Experience Six years wage earning clerical experience or certification / successful completion of relevant trade school(30 credit hours) and two years wage earning clerical experience or Associates Degree and one year wage earning clerical experience is required.A copy of certificates and/or college transcripts is required with application for evaluation purposes.
