Our client, a leading organization in the Rosemont area, is seeking a proactive and reliable Office Assistant to provide comprehensive support for their office operations. This role will assist with various administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, supply management, guest reception, and general office upkeep, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule meetings, including managing logistics and materials.Stock office supplies and place orders as needed.Organize and set up meals for meetings and events.Greet guests and provide assistance as necessary to ensure a positive experience.Perform general administrative duties such as copying, scanning, and printing.Process incoming mail and packages, ensuring proper distribution.Handle hoteling reservations and keycard requests.Support additional office-related tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.2+ years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to adapt communication style to effectively engage diverse audiences.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
