Pearl Street City Menands State NY Zip Code 12204 Duties Description Process claims• Review and process claims, perform database searches using information provided by claimants• Identify and link additional claim properties• Determine and request in writing (generate correspondence) required proof and documentation• Recommend payment according to agency rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures. Assist in training and helping new OA1’s in performing their duties• Assist in OUF’s training by reviewing work product (i.e.; letters) and their progress in processing claims• Work with the UFE 1 on development and performance plans.
