Investment firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Office and Facilities Associate to support team. This position will start March 2025. In office Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Temp duration approximately 2-3+ months before conversion

Responsibilities:

Perform various maintenance activities, cleaning spills, refilling supplies (snacks and beverages)Assist with conference room set up and breakdownHandle cateringFreight deliveries - runner to and from messenger centerWork closely with Facilities Manager

Qualifications:

2+ years related experience in a corporate settingHigh attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism

Compensation:
