Robert Half has partnered once again with a client seeking a diligent Office and Facilities Assistant to join our team in the non-profit sector, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role involves managing customer interactions, processing customer credit applications, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities. Responsibilities:
• Facilitate effective communication with clients, responding to inquiries and managing inbound calls.
• Accurately process applications related to customer credit.
• Maintain and update customer credit records consistently.
• Oversee the reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Perform data entry tasks frequently.
• Manage office facilities to ensure a conducive work environment.
• Use CRM for managing customer relationships effectively.
• Carry out billing functions in a detailed and timely manner.
• Utilize Office 365 and other computer programs for administrative tasks.
• Operate basic office equipment and perform general office duties including moving office equipment.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office or facilities assistant role within a non-profit setting
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in handling billing functions and account reconciliation
• Previous role as a facilities coordinator or similar position with relevant responsibilities
• Strong skills in data entry, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent client communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using Office 365 and basic office equipment
• Solid basic office skills including filing, scheduling, and organization
• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) software
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and volunteers.
