Office Administrator
Your Main Tasks
 
Debtors (Customers):
Send correct invoices to customers. Helping customers with purchases Keep track of customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts. Work with the production team to give updates on customer orders, and the shipment thereof. Creditors (Suppliers) and Buying:
Pay suppliers on time and keep proper records. Work with suppliers, talk about payment terms, and solve any problems. Make sure stock and materials are ordered on time and cost-effectively. Wages:
Check time sheets for hourly workers and sort out any issues. Prepare payroll records and get them approved by the Financial Manager. Office and Reception Work
Welcome visitors, manage the reception area, and keep it professional. Answer phone calls, assist visitors, and arrange meeting schedules. Keep office files and records organised What You Need
Experience: At least 5 years in office administration, working with customers and suppliers, and managing payroll. Skills: Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to handle many tasks at once. Software: Know how to use Microsoft Office and accounting programs. Education: A diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a bonus. Personal Qualities: A team player who can handle many different responsibilities in a busy environment.
