Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Scheduling interviews and appointmentsProcessing time for hourly employees and temps, including vacation/time off approval and handling unexcused absencesMaintaining time cardsManaging the front office, including directing phone calls and visitorsTracking and ordering office suppliesCoordinating interviewees through the orientation processUpdating production meeting notes and handling other general office admin dutiesOffice Administrator Qualifications:
In addition to the listed responsibilities, we’re looking for someone with excellent organizational skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment that may change rapidly. While bilingual skills would be a great asset, they are not required.
