Overview
Hire Resolve’s Client is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team in Richards Bay. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operations of the office. This includes managing the front desk, handling phone calls and correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk and welcome visitors Handle phone calls and correspondence, both internal and external Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff members Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Ensure the office is clean, organized, and properly equipped Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Assist with HR tasks, such as employee onboarding and maintaining employee recordsRequirements:
