**Your role and responsibilities**
This role combines people management with delivery responsibilities like operational guidance, process oversight, accountability for key performance metrics and cost management.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Build and lead the Americas offboarding team in Mexico, fostering a collaborative and positive culture to enhance engagement and productivity.
2. Provide ongoing oversight of offboarding processes, proactively identifying and mitigating any challenges or delays that could impact operational effectiveness.
3. Develop and implement data-driven improvements to optimize team performance and operational efficiency within the region
4. Partner closely with HR Leaders, legal, ER/LR and other relevant stakeholders to ensure local alignment and successful execution of the offboarding process in their country.
5. Ensure a smooth and positive offboarding experience for separating employees by actively improving the process based on their feedback to enhance overall satisfaction.
6. Responsible for the administrative aspects related to the Offboarding process, should have a basic knowledge of the Offboarding associated legislation, should be knowledgeable of the offboarding system solution being used, should have a good level on handling spreadsheets. We highly value candidates with profficient use & knowledge of the English language, as well as Excel skills.
