OEM Area Manager – Motorcycles / Fleet - Midrand
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, implement, and maintain new Fleet business. Understand the current fleet business. Continuously improve the business Maintain motorcycle fleet sales in Dealer Network Maintain and increase motorcycle fleet sales in dealer network. Monitor sales activity on a monthly and quarterly basis. Identify new potential fleet business. Continuously seek out upcoming fleet business. Identify new potential fleet business. Introduce brand to the new companies / fleet. Monitor & control the sales process. Gather showroom traffic information and discuss with dealer. Ensure correct stock levels to achieve sales objectives. Monitor stock levels on a monthly basis. Ensure there is sufficient stock to support sales objectives. Assist Motorcycle team to achieve sales objectives. Support and assist the MC Team to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales objectives. Customer relationship management Manage current fleet business relationships. Foster new fleet business relationships QUALIFICATIONS
Matric Marketing experience Valid driver’s license SKILLS
Goal setting skills Interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills Negotiation skills Computer literacy skills (MS Office suite) Sales Target driven. EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years work experience Fleet experience. Motorcycle experience
