The Role\: OEM Alliance Account Manager – IT Channel Sales in Secure Power Department
We are looking for an experienced OEM Alliance Account Manager to sell Schneider UPS products to our partners. Activities will center on selling our product introductions, marketing promotions, line extensions, merchandising and maintenance of existing product lines. We are looking for people with the right mix of talent and agile - with proven self-leadership skills, strong analytical, communication skills, and individuals with the ability to work in a team setting are strongly encouraged to apply.
What will you do?
The Account Manager will be responsible for the achievement of Sales & Margin objectives for their defined sales territory of your respective partner accounts.This includes identifying and growing business in existing market, while identifying new growing market with partners.Identify and maintain relationship with all support partners in the territory and other areas which may be assignedPrimarily focus on selling UPS/Rack(Option)/PDUClearly articulate the Schneider Electric – value proposition and engage the customer in jointly addressing their business priorities.You will assume complete responsibility for partner activity and development within a territory.Execute promotionally effective marketing and sales programs for partner.Establish and achieve sales goals and objectives for territory.Increase sales volume within territory.Suggest creative sales and marketing concepts to Management.Ensure that authorized distributions are present within assigned retail accounts.Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales, activities and other required reports and forms.Develop proper relations and rapport with customers within territory.To increase sales revenue by contacting the strategic acounts with the consultative approach and building the relationship as the trusted advisor . Identify the potential accountsBuild the relationship with various type of influencers including the senior/top managementCreate the account plan for deeper penetrationWork closely with internal resources to make the business proposalLeverage the partners to reinforce =s= capabilityUnderstand the =s= offering
