We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Analyst to serve as the training lead for the ANF – Americas Next Finance Program. As part of the ANF Program, over 2500 employees across all 7 countries of the Americas Region will need to be trained on the new processes and new technology platform of S/4HANA, to be able to perform their day-to-day activities. The Nissan ANF training lead will play a critical role in the broader Change Management team, owning reviews, logistics, coordination, localization, delivery, tracking and sustainment of training activities for the program. Beyond the ANF implementation, the Training Lead role will remain as part of a Change Center of Excellence that is being established to enable future transformation efforts for Nissan.
Job Responsibilities:
Training Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams/Deloitte/Learning and Development teams to manage end user training.
Training Localization and Translation: Partner with local / country teams to localize training activities & content for each in scope country (e.g., translations of content to Spanish and Portuguese).
Training Facilitation: Partner with Deloitte training to facilitate training content reviews and approvals by Regional Product Managers and Super Users
Training Assignments: Create and manage end user training schedule. Identify end users assign trainings to users, and enroll in LMS.
Training Logistics: Own Training logistics, coordination and delivery of train-the-trainer, end user training (including scheduling, LMS updates, enrollment and completion tracking, knowledge checks, training material repository management)
Training Evaluation: Deploy training evaluation survey, analyze the data and feedback, and share insights and actions with leaders.
Role mapping: Lead the mapping roles to courses, and roles to users and drive validation and approval of mapping.
Training Sustainment: Assign the training to new hires and update training contents for future updates.
Training Effectiveness and Tracking: Create and manage training assessments within LMS to evaluate training completion. Track completion of training, send reminders, and share regular report out to leadership.

Fluent/Advanced in English is a must.
Ability to understand and speak in Spanish and Portuguese is preferred.
Years of Experience:
4-6 years of experience working in a learning and development department. Working knowledge of LMS is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree is required. Knowledge of finance, accounting, and procurement domain is a plus.
Specific Course/Certifications
Professional certifications are a plus.
