In this role: + You will fulfill the duties of a staff Occupational Therapist. + You will focus on providing the maximum benefit and quality to the persons, patrons, students, and others being serviced by the Occupational Therapy program. + You will serve as a clinical resource for staff and will coordinate functions with physicians and other departments of the hospital in a spirit that fosters positive working relationships. + You will anticipate, recognize, and understand internal and external customer needs and respond to those needs with effective communication and confidentiality. + You will assist with staffing needs and talent retention.
