Schedule: Per Diem/Part Time, Day Shift (8:00am-4:30pm)
Possible Service Locations: Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood, Lake Oswego, West Linn and Yamhill County (including Newberg, McMinville, Carlton, Yamhill, Dayton, St Paul, Sheridan, Willamina, Grand Ronde and surrounding areas)

Job description:

Occupational Therapists help provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.  upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License. upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License - if practicing within this state.
