We are looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our staff at Bethesda of Willmar, a senior care community in Willmar, MN. We offer a competitive wage, benefits, and up to a $10,000 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply! 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Pay Range: $55 - $65 / hour depending on experience. We are accepting On-Call positions as well! Full-Time is eligible for a $10,000 bonus. Occupational Therapist Qualifications: + Must be a graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree. + Must possess a current Accredited MN Occupational Therapy (OTR) License + Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care. + Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations. + Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
