During the 2020 pandemic, we have been recognized as a regional leader in COVID care and testing. **Job Description** **University Health Physicians** _,_ the academic group practice for the **University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine** seeks a full time faculty member for the Department of Ob/GYN at **University Health Women’s Care (UHWC) in Lee’s Summit, Missouri with hospital privileges at Truman Medical Center – Lakewood** . UHWC provides the expertise of academic medicine in a private practice setting. The practice includes 5 certified Nurse Midwives and 2 WHNP’s. The ideal candidate is a BC/BE Ob/Gyn physician who provides excellent full scope obstetric and gynecologic care, in the office and hospital. The selected candidate would join a group of Ob/Gyn specialists, a female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgeon and 2 certified nurse midwives, in a beautiful suburban setting. Opportunities for medical student and resident education, in-office procedures and daVinci robotic surgery are also available. Academic appointment and salary will be commensurate with background.
