Oakwood Soccer Club are seeking a highly experienced, passionate and progressive Boys MLS Next Academy Director to lead their efforts in the Northeast Conference for 2024/25 and beyond.

Required:

US Soccer A License.

Minimum of 3 plus years in similar senior leadership capacity.

Comprehensive understanding of youth soccer landscape.

Previous experience of working as a MLS Academy Director

Preferred:

US Soccer Academy Director License

Degree in related field (Kinesiology, Sport Coaching,

Teaching etc.)

Collegiate Playing / Coaching Experience

Experience working within elite youth development

space (MLS Next, MLS Next Pro, Boys ECNL, USLA),

Equivalent foreign coaching qualifications.

Primary Objectives:

To strive to develop a nationally competitive youth development program with an emphasis on Youth National Team selections, NCAA college placements and the creation of future professionals. To drive the vision of the Academy and Oakwood Soccer Club through strategic planning, sound operational management and effective leadership of people.

Sporting Director, Executive Director
