The new Administrator will have the opportunity to partner up with a Regional Director of Operations who has served NHCA with distinction for the last 15 years. **What You'll Do:** As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be the chief executive and entrepreneurial leader of your center. You will develop and execute a strategy for operational excellence and growth, setting goals and objectives aligned with the mission.
