Corewell Health Grand Rapids Hospitals Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Time and again, research has shown that the healthier the surroundings, the healthier the person. That’s why our communities feature amenities designed to encourage social interaction and private time in a warm and caring environment. We work hard to help our residents stay mentally and physically active through a variety of services and daily activities. Our residents' range in age and diversity.
