In this role, you will provide support and oversight for Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Medical Assistants while also delivering direct nursing care under the supervision of a provider (Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant). You will play a vital role in ensuring quality care and fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:
For Integrated Health Services (IHS):
Oversee and support RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants (excluding RN Care Managers).
Ensure compliance with quality indicators from governing bodies and internal protocols.
Assist providers with patient exams.
Gather patient history and manage documentation.
Set up and draw labs, performing special procedures as requested.
Provide patient education and counseling as needed.
Deliver professional nursing care under the supervision of a provider and in collaboration with the clinic manager.
Obtain medical records from outside providers.
Conduct supervisee performance evaluations, training plans, and maintain supervision records.
Interview, hire, and train new site personnel; ensure supervisory staff are equipped for hiring processes.
Respond to quality assessment results and develop/monitor improvement actions.
Coordinate departmental workflow to meet deadlines.
Facilitate open communication with staff through regular meetings and interactions.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Integrated Health Services.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
For Integrated Health Services (IHS):
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for RNs or LPNs.
Licensed as an RN or LPN in Missouri.
Two years (RN) or three years (LPN) of experience in a physician office setting is highly desired.
Supervisory Requirements:
