Nurse Practitioner: Masters of nursing (MSN) degree Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio Certificate of Authority to practice as a Nurse Practitioner is required. Physician Assistant Master’s degree Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio PA-C Certificate of Authority to practice is required.
