St. Mary High Desert Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Obstetrics and Gynecology team in Apple Valley, California. This role involves a team-based care approach, serving a diverse population and providing care to underserved communities. Make a meaningful impact in healthcare while enjoying the welcoming community and beautiful surroundings of Apple Valley. * Women’s health experience is preferred * Full-time position with 4 clinical days and 1 administrative day per week. * See approximately 20-25 patients per day * Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred to better serve the community * Compensation is between $148,754 and $197,433 per year * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
