Provides primary health care services by utilizing skills of history taking, physical assessment and diagnosis to manage a wide variety of health care needs for patients.

This position will work 16 hours per week in each of the two Family Medicine practices with the major focus being on annual wellness visits (AWVs).  

Qualifications: Current South Carolina Nurse Practitioner License required.
