You will actively coordinate the operational components with the objective of increasing consistency across the continuum of care resulting in improvements in patient outcomes, patient and physician satisfaction and a reduction in cost variability. Some of your responsibilities will include: + You will establish an operational structure that brings together functional elements of house wide clinical and nursing and support services. + You will complete payroll. + You will complete scheduling. + You will audit work and round on staff and patients. + You will support and lead various projects and pilots as they are introduced at the hospital. **What qualifications you will need:** + ASN required; BSN preferred + Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations + Previous progressive management experience preferred. Clinical experience preferred + Organizational, interpersonal, customer relations, mathematical, analytical, grammar/spelling, ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Project planning and management skills.
