About the location:

About the Role:

The NUNA server is responsible for greeting, serving and assisting guests, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room and all work areas. Candidate must have extensive food and wine knowledge, excellent guest service skills, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.Take food and drink orders, making recommendations as needed.Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation.Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions accurately.Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service.Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Experience Required:

Have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury setting.Have excellent communication skills with fluency in English require, bilingual preferred.Willing to work a flexible schedule including morning, afternoon, weekends and holidays.Must be able to work in a high-pace and dynamic operation.Able to work together with other colleagues.Have a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.Able to consistently delight and satisfy our guest.Able to handle guest requests in a detailed manner.
