What You Will DoAssist in the development of new part introduction process and implementation.Manage the current pool of suppliers in request for information processPrepare required documentation for periodical supplier meetings for progressPrepare and send RFQ/RFIs for commodity projects.Maintain consistent communication with suppliers to ensure RFQ timelines are met.Interface between suppliers and engineering/operations/marketing to answer any questions related to RFQ documents.Make sourcing recommendations based upon RFI and RFQ results.Problem Solver mindset to accelerate and support the process for a NPI in order to achieve the annual target for launchGood organization to manage information from different suppliersIdentify opportunities to improve timing process for a NPIManage different systems to follow up NPI process according of the product lineParticipate and provide support related to environmental, health and safety objectives and programs.What You NeedIntegrity.Innovation.Inclusion.Teamwork & Respect.Excellence.Leadership.Change Orientation.Collaboration.Judgment.Result Driven.Computer knowledge (Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP.)Advanced English (Reading and writing that allow fluid participation in negotiation processes)Knowledge and understands MRP functionality.Bachelor DegreeEnglish 80%SAP a plus2 years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.Demands effort to analyze, diagnose, and plan.What is Nice to HaveKnowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
