Responsibilities:
Provide care in the Neuro ICU with a focus on acute stroke, acute head/spine trauma, neurosurgery, neurology, and overall critical care. Perform procedures such as central line and arterial line insertions. Manage a patient volume of 6-9 ICU patients per night. Collaborate with other NPs/PAs in a 23-bed Neuro ICU unit. Handle neurocritical care patients and some MICU overflow.Requirements:
Neuro certification CT state license (willing to accept candidates who are not licensed in CT but are willing to apply) Previous experience in Neuro ICU with acute stroke, acute head/spine trauma, neurosurgery, neurology, and overall critical care Submission packet and modality checklist requiredCompliance:
