Mon-Fri 11:30p-8a OT on weekends

$16 hour

**Must have at least ONE YEAR of Machine Operating experience**

Job Description: 

Responsible for operating and tending to plastic thermoplastic parts or products, and other machines.

 

Operate plastic extrusion machines. Lifts workpiece manually or using hoist and secures workpiece in fixture or loads automatic feeding device. Starts machine, engages feed, and observes operation. Inspects and measures machined workpieces to verify conformance to specifications. Moves machine controls and guides to adjust machine. Cleans machined parts. Machines plastics Tends machines and equipment other than machine tools. Develop and document manufacturing data sheets.

Job Duties:

Operate extrusion or injection molding machines. Mix catalysts and coloring pigments. Operate mixing machine. Maintain machines. Cut of excess material. Grind scraps into powder. Read specifications to determine setup and prescribed temperature and time settings. Inspect products for all defects and flaws. Ensure conformance to specifications. Position and secure screen dyes and dye components. Put dyes into machine. Eliminate production of defective parts and products. Put dyes into machine. Eliminate production of defective parts and products. Weigh compounds for custom blended projects. Fill machine hopes. Regulate molding temperature, volume, pressure and time. Activate machine to inject dyes.

Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of Machine Operating in a plastics warehouse Forklift Certified Ability to work all scheduled hours and OT Ability to lift 50 pounds Apply Now
