Your Mission:
Following On Trade Strategy, design the Portfolio strategy to Support Novadis competitive advantage, in collaboration with the Revenue Management and Trade Marketing areas.
Ensure the management of strategic suppliers that have a portfolio that goes beyond beer and water products, with a focus on the wine business, as well as the management of these operating accounts, from portfolio management of the beyond beer and water products to the construction of activation plans and commercial execution.

Your Responsibilities:
Provide inputs to long term Novadis strategic plans (Strategic Plan 3 Years) at different levels in line with the OpCo, global and sales strategy; Define and implement Novadis beyond beer and water’s strategy – vision, roadmap and execution plan; In collaboration with Revenue Management of the On Trade, define a strategy that promotes sustainable & profitable growth of beyond beer and water categories within Novadis; Define the beyond beer and water plans for the areas under own responsibility that better contribute to the achievement of Novadis overall Annual Sales Strategic plan namely with regards to investments, assets management, market growth and profitability; Ensure the interface with all internal areas of the company in order to ensure that necessary actions are implemented to support the strategy and execution plans for beyond beer and water suppliers; Responsible for identifying, establishing, building and strengthening high value added strategic relationships with our suppliers; Lead the negotiations and ensure execution of commercial terms and contracts with strategic suppliers as well as verifying changes in relevant legal regulations, acting upon it if necessary; Manage the day-to-day operations related with strategic partners, ensuring a regular and smooth business operation without disruptions. Developing and direct the implementation of execution strategy plans together with Trade Marketing, in order to generate sustainable competitive advantage in outlets, excellent customer service and customer experience; Provide insights to the Head of Wholesale on the annual budget for own business area and manage it throughout the year, identifying any budget variation and implementing corrective measures as needed;
We want you to bring:
University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related area; Previous roles in the wine industry (mandatory), with in depth knowledge on the category and the winemaking process Certification as Wine Sommelier (preferential) At least 10 years of experience in Sales and Team Management (preferably experience in HORECA channel), including customer or accounts management, negotiation, business development, brand & portfolio activation (preferably in FMCG, Retail,Distribution, Food & Drinks); Valid Driving License (B – light vehicles; manual gearbox) Availability to travel; Advanced knowledge of Excel; Portuguese (fluent); English (fluent).
