About the job:

In this position, you will work as a customer service representative for an international GAMING company, for the Norwegian market. Your job will consist of helping customers both by phone and email. You will answer questions regarding the game console, subscriptions, simple technical questions and payments. The most important task is to provide the customers with a good experience and leave them with a positive feeling. No sales are involved in this role.

Qualifications

To succeed in this job, you will need to:

Speak Norwegian fluently and in writing Be comfortable with speaking and writing English Have good computer skills Interest in Gaming is a plus If you have previous experience in customer service or service, this is a plus as well
