NA Market Operations is expanding P&G's first ever Private Fleet and this role will support the operational work needed to enable the rapid expansion. Our Private Fleet is a highly visible and innovative project within NA, as well as across all other regions. The person in this role will partner with the NA Private Fleet multi-functional team to execute the operations of the P&G Fleet. This includes leading the daily planning of shipments, owning key in-process metrics in Daily Direction Setting meetings and collaborating with our external partners to execute the daily work with excellence as well as financial governance. Previous Transportation background and/or MO experience would be helpful for a vertical startup but is not required.

Important Responsibilities include:Execute daily Tender Acceptance/Rejection for Fleet customer & interplant loadsExecute daily Load Ready Date Time (LRDT) planning for Fleet customer & interplant loadsTrack and Trace Fleet assets: Trailers, Trucks, Shipments, etc.Facilitate on time completion of Tractor & Trailer Preventative MaintenanceMaintain key Transportation Management System (TMS) in-process measures and reduce any gaps v. target in Daily Direction Setting meetingsHelp Fleet manage P&G and customer DC trailer pool targets as well as Out of Service (OOS) trailersHelp drive out losses and inefficiencies via Loss EliminationEnable lane set-up and execution for ongoing Fleet expansionsOwns PO Governance and reconciliation for multiple 3PLs and any trouble shooting to understand and resolve issues in a timely fashion

Skills You Can Expect to Learn/ Build In This Job: Fleet operations management. Using data to drive systemic improvements. Loss elimination. The role provides a variety of opportunities to develop and demonstrate all PS Transportation skills and mastery in an ever-evolving transportation industry.

The Private Fleet is a 24/7 operation, 365 days/year so there may be expectations to work critical issues outside of core hours. Limited travel may occur for onboarding & training.

Job Qualifications

Education:Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred.

Requirements (Skills / Experience) for the role:Supply Chain experience.Problem Solving, Data Analysis, Attention to Detail, Collaboration and Communication.Ability to navigate Tableau Dashboards, Transportation Management System and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $64,000-$92,700

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
