AIG is looking for an HR Generalist to our Nordic HR team. The position is based at our office in central Stockholm and will report directly to our Nordic Head of HR. The team The Nordic HR team operates across all people fields with support from our centre of excellence (COEs) located across the globe. The team is responsible for HR business partnering, Talent Acquisition, Comp & Ben, Employee relations and HR operations for our Nordic insurance operation. We are a small local HR team (HRM, HRBP, HR Student worker and this position) but collaborate with different global COEs such as our regional TA team in Frankfurt, our Benefits team based in Houston, Performance Management team in the US, Comp team based in Dubai, and Analytical team based in London. The work This is a truly generalist role where you will be supporting our operation in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway across the HR areas with a focus on HR operation, Benefits and Talent Acquisition. Selection of duties included in the role: § General HR support with focus on junior leaders § Talent Acquisition support (sourcing, screening, administration, recruitment, and vendor relations) § HR Operations – ensuring that onboarding, changes and offboarding flows in collaboration with our COE. § Regulatory & local HR administration and communication § HR Policy management § Support in ER matters. § Manage the relationship towards our HR Shared Services ensuring world class service standard (operational processes and payroll). Qualifications We see that you have: § University HR degree or equal (finance, business, or law) § Few years of HR experience (in an HR role or/and in Talent Acquisition) § Fluent in one local Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish) and English Beneficial but not required: § Previous experience working in a Nordic context. § Previous experience working in a global organisation. § Further language skills Interested?
