Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)Performs high-quality, visually clean welds on thin-gauge metalGrind, polish, and finish surfaces to meet cosmetic standardsWork with aluminum, stainless steel, and/or mild steel (depending on the project)Read blueprints and follow detailed specificationsEnsure welds meet aesthetic and dimensional criteria—not just strengthNon-Structural Welder Qualifications:
1+ year of MIG/TIG welding experience (cosmetic-focused preferred)Sharp attention to detail and a pride in flawless finishesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with weld gauges, calipers, and finishing toolsPositive attitude and strong work ethicPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
