Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in a NOC or similar technical support role. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to servers, networks, applications, and cloud environments. Strong understanding of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy. Familiarity with networking principles such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls. Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V. Knowledge of backup and recovery methodologies; experience with tools such as Veeam preferred. Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar) to automate tasks and improve efficiency. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to diverse audiences. Desired Skills & Experience Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications. Experience with SIEM tools and monitoring systems. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and processes. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Hands-on experience with ConnectWise Automate or similar tools.
