NOC Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a NOC Analyst for an onsite role in the Louisville, KY area. The ideal candidate will handle change and incident calls, resolve infrastructure issues within SLA parameters, and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when needed. They will interact with customers via tickets and calls, work on team queue tickets, and collaborate with vendors to fix hardware and software problems. Additionally, they will gather data for capacity planning, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and maintain regular reporting. The candidate will plan and execute changes within the Change Control framework, stay updated on new technologies, and improve automation and service delivery. They will also compile documentation, update infrastructure databases, and address business process issues. Ensuring compliance with regulations, they will lead projects to enhance performance and efficiency. This is a full-time, onsite direct placement role with an ever-evolving company in the Louisville, KY area.
