NOC Analyst
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a NOC Analyst for an onsite role in the Louisville, KY area. The ideal candidate will handle change and incident calls, resolve infrastructure issues within SLA parameters, and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when needed. They will interact with customers via tickets and calls, work on team queue tickets, and collaborate with vendors to fix hardware and software problems. Additionally, they will gather data for capacity planning, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and maintain regular reporting. The candidate will plan and execute changes within the Change Control framework, stay updated on new technologies, and improve automation and service delivery. They will also compile documentation, update infrastructure databases, and address business process issues. Ensuring compliance with regulations, they will lead projects to enhance performance and efficiency. This is a full-time, onsite direct placement role with an ever-evolving company in the Louisville, KY area. Skills and Requirements 3-5 years of experience as a NOC Analyst 2 years of experience managing and configuring Cisco hardware 3 years of experience configuring, monitoring and managing Cisco WAN/LAN switching/ routing, Palo Alto Panorama & Palo Alto Firewalls Ability to obtain racing and/or gaming licenses as required in all 50 states Experience of using network analysis, management and performance monitoring tools to plan for growth, diagnose problems and determine source; and/or WiFi troubleshooting; and/or experience with networked IT systems and connectivity issues CCNA or CCN certification Experience with Packet capture technologies such as Wireshark and Netscout Experience of problems and solutions related to the interoperability of SolarWinds, Data Dog, Splunk, Netbrain, route/switch network, and Palo Alto Firewalls.
