Night Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist – Freehold, New Jersey

Shore Point Distributing Company, one of New Jersey’s largest beer distributors, is seeking a full-time Night Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist. Located in Freehold, we carry an extensive line of national, regional, and local craft beers for sale to customers in Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, Somerset, Hunterdon, Warren, Burlington, and Mercer counties.

Job Description

The Night Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring all products are correctly loaded onto trucks and overseeing all product movement in the warehouse. The work week is Sunday through Thursday, starting at 7:30 PM.

Responsibilities Include

Verifying items loaded by checking identifying information, inspecting item conditions, comparing item counts, and ensuring proper item placement in truck bays.Communicating all issues regarding company property (forklifts, trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) to the night manager.Addressing and correcting any issues with layered inventory concerning quantity or location.Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Necessary Skills/Characteristics

High School Diploma or equivalent.Excellent math, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse and cooler.Capability to stand/walk for long periods, bend, kneel, and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.Must maintain professional behavior.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting Pay Rate: $18.00 per hourBenefits Package: Includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Pension Plan with company contributions and a company match, Company Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays after 30 days of full-time status.
