Night Shift Supervisor
Pertemps are recruiting for their manufacturing client based in the South of Telford we are looking for a Full time, Temporary to Permanent Night Shift Supervisor to run a team of ten manufacturing operators overnight.
As part of this role you will be managing and co-ordinating all the production activities, ensuring products are manufactured in a timely manner and supervising the production staff, providing guidance, and training and issuing performance feedback.
You will also be monitoring production processes to ensure maintenance of quality control standards, in addition working on production schedules to optimise workflows and collaborating with other departments to meet production goals and resolve issues.

Ideal Candidate
Experience in sheet metal fabricationSupervisor experience managing a team of 15-20 employeesGood communication skillsProblem solving skillsGood motivatorBasic computer skills (emails, spreadsheets, word etc)Use measuring equipmentReading and understanding technical drawingsStrong knowledge of production processes and equipmentMechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues

4.30pm – 3am
Monday – Thursday
 
Salary
£16.82 - £19.23 per Hour
Depending on Experience
